Hi, I’m Geri!
My approach to fitness revolves around a resilient, pain-free image, and about practical physical competence (AKA real-life fitness) that ensures a liberating confidence in our movements and supports longevity. I believe that in order to establish a sustainable physical practice we must respect our evolutionary design and our biological needs, and capitalize on our innate movement potential.
There are many facets of self-improvement, but my role as an educator is to help optimize mental and physical health through movement and breathwork; and to promote a life more grounded, more healthy, more free. I see myself more as a guide rather than a coach, dedicated to empower people and provide authority to create and maintain lifelong positive habits.
Recurring injuries, chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression, limited movement, poor posture, troubled sleep, lack of motivation, low energy, difficulties to focus all seem to be normalised in our days, but they shouldn’t be! I’m not trying to sell a silver bullet or a 30-day challenge for a beach body, but introduce you to a holistic practice that addresses it all and can be easily turned into a lifestyle.
I’m enthusiastic to share what I learned along my journey and be a guide along yours.

"I had an issue with my knee prohibiting me from running long distances without experiencing severe pain lasting several days after a run. Longer resting periods did not seem to cut it. The problem would come back. Through some analysis sessions, Geri helped me figure out the core of the issue and suggested corrective exercises for flexibility and strength where it was needed.
